Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter

Help us kick off our newest exhibit, Life on the Edge! Volunteers will assist with leading or supporting hands-on, family-friendly activity stations as we welcome visitors to explore extreme environments together. This open-house style event runs from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM. Volunteers may sign up for one of two shifts: 8:45 AM–12:45 PM or 12:30–4:00 PM. Volunteer responsibilities may include setting up and taking down activity stations, engaging with guests at hands-on areas, restocking supplies, and encouraging curiosity, creativity, and exploration through play. This is a great opportunity to connect with families and support an exciting exhibit launch!
